The majority of subdivisions and commercial projects undertaken by the Miltonbrook Group are joint ventures in which either the subject land has been contributed on extended, no interest settlement terms or the joint venture partner is the funder in whole or in part. Many long term land owners have invited Miltonbrook to be a joint venture partner and manager for their property. Other joint venture projects include partners who are also involved in professional pursuits, property development, rural land holdings, real estate and other corporate interests.
